I am here to express my opinions towards the past 2 years of your service to our country. I like how you come up with those excellent and brilliant solutions and programs to address the problems circulating in our country.

From your previous SONA, you focused addressing on issues about West Philippines Sea , education, agriculture, health and banning POGOs. These issues are crucial for our country's development, and your excellent solutions demonstrates a strong commitment to create a better future for all Filipinos. I also appreciate the positive solutions that you've announce in the previous SONAs in 2022 and 2023. I also want you to focus a bit more on rural communities. They need the help to solve their problems and to improve their life.

I hope you continue to build on these solutions and address the needs of our nation. Again, I appreciate your commitment as a leader in this country.

My Journey Through ICT: Level Up

In my journey through ICT for the 3rd quarter, I have learned a lot in making our Community Based Research (CBR) and making our own Web design. I learned that working with a community and the utilization of participatory research method can be a crucial way in order to collect important information. Aside from that, I can also think of recommendations to solve the problems that the community faces. Working on the Web design was also a great experience that gives me the opportunity to learn more about coding with HTML. In addition to this, it also introduces me to learn about Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). Learning this coding language helps me to design and style a HTML document. In this quarter, I also learned how important is to work together as a team in a group project. During the quarter, I didn't encounter any problems in ICT. The lessons were clear and manageable. Vigan City, known for its rich history and cultural heritage, has been transformed greatly over the time. From being a municipality to a city, it continues to allure both locals and tourists. Vigan before was a municipality known for its well-preserved Spanish architecture, like the famous cobble streets and ancestral houses.
