When Nothing Goes Right, Go Left

 

In order to make our country Philippines into a better country than before, we need to be more resilient. resilient country means that has the capability to recover into difficult times and making decisions to overcome challenges. Philippines always experiencing different challenges. One of them is natural disasters. These kind of challenges need a robust amount of resiliency from the Filipinos to mitigate their effects.

  

   



In response to these challenges, all of the Filipinos must help each other not to give up in times of difficulties. The citizens must create a resilient strategy to overcome these challenges instead of relying only on the government. Filipinos also must learn to adapt changes or adapt in times of difficulties. Finding the positive way to negative situations is necessary. As the proverb says, “when nothing goes right, go left”, we must know how to be more resilient to pass through difficult situations. That is why we need to make our country Philippines more resilient. All of these efforts will pay a better result. 


Taking actions towards a more resilient Philippines than before will make its future better as well. All of the challenges that the country faces such as, natural disaster, health crisis, political and government issues, economic issues and the like can be solve. Addressing the challenges require a comprehensive and sustained approach from all the Filipinos. Therefore, there is a need for greater community engagement and education to make our country more resilient.

In my journey through ICT for the 3rd quarter, I have learned a lot in making our Community Based Research (CBR) and making our own Web design. I learned that working with a community and the utilization of participatory research method can be a crucial way in order to collect important information. Aside from that, I can also think of recommendations to solve the problems that the community faces.  Working on the Web design was also a great experience that gives me the opportunity to learn more about coding with HTML. In addition to this, it also introduces me to learn about Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). Learning this coding language helps me to design and style a HTML document. Vigan City, known for its rich history and cultural heritage, has been transformed greatly over the time.
