This date marked its growth in populations, infrastructures, and governance. This event builds way for modern development. Today, Vigan is a thriving city. Its historic spot like Calle Crisologo became more iconic. In addition to this, the city became a top tourist destination in the Philippines because it blends modern vibe with well-preserved heritage.
